Okay. Here we go
I am still at 150 lbs. However, I have lost 2 inches from my hips and an inch off each thigh. I am gaining muscle mass and definition. I would like to see the lbs going away but I like the fact that I am getting stronger and losing inches. My clothes are fitting loser, this is quite annoying, and I don't want to go shopping just yet, so I am stuck feeling like a clown.
Last night I climbed 95 flights of stairs and did about 100 lunges. My legs are like rocks today. It is exciting to see some changes. If I think really hard I can see myself where I want to be. Chris looks great and is a huge motivator to me. I love our evening workout sessions together. Those that sweat together stay together...or something like that.
We have a "lose 10 more lbs" by June 1st. Wish us luck!

Flowers
This weekend Conan and I planted flowers around the base of our tree in the front yard. I bought him some gloves, (Sponge Bob, he picked them out himself) and a shovel. The boy was in heaven. When I was digging I found two grub worms that I showed hium. He wanted to put them in his pocket and take them to school to show Ms. Jennifer. Ummm I think I better start checking his pockets on a regular basis. He was more trouble than help, but cute as can be.
The other night Chris and I wanted to go for a walk so we drug out the ol' hicking backpack and loaded the boy in. He really liked it. We walked to a near by park and stopped at Sonic on our way back. The backpack has a 40 lb weight limit so I guess we better use it while we can...until the next baby. This picture cracks me up...they look like they are going on a death march.

Candyland
Playing Candyland with a two year old is a HOOT! Especially when it is Dora Candyland. I was a little uncertain that he would actually get the idea of the game, but he proved me wrong. Once we showed him a few times how to play he was on a roll. He got so excited over the smallest things, like two blue squares and Swiper cards. We had fun playing with him and amazingly he won without us "letting" him. I see many more game nights in my future. I think I will pick up Chutes and Ladders and Hungry Hippo this weekend. Who knew?!
