...I'm going to see The Fray, with my girl A! I was pleasantly surprised with two tickets for my birthday to see The Fray in two weeks. I am so excited. Concerts are sort of like A and I's thing. We have been to 3 James Blunt concerts and this is just the beginning. The concert is outside, which is totally cool because the atmosphere just rocks. Not only did she get me the tickets she also wrote me the nicest letter a friend could ever write. I truly believe she was put in my life for a reason. The first day I met her I knew she would forever be my bosom buddie. As corney as it may sound, there is incredible truth to that statement. I can't thank you enough for EVERYTHING you have done and are willing to do for me and my family. Here's to many more birthdays spent together. Look out 30! (holy cow did i just say 30....no way man.) 3 years and counting. It is nice to know we both turn 30 at the same time, and I don't have to waller in self pity alone. Right? BFF!!

Stuff in no particular order
Conan is really into spikey (he calls it pirate hair) these days. The picture sucks but if you look close you can see the spikes.
We grilled pineapple and hot dogs on Saturday after we went to the water park. Water and sun can really make a girl hungry!
Here is Conan being all brave and trying to climb the highest ladder at the park. He did make it to the top and then screamed for me to help him step 2 inches onto the platform. He is so funny about that kind of stuff. Sometimes he had no fear and I think he is going to kill himself and then other times he is so scared. O-well.
Taylor watched Conan so Chris and I could go out on a date. His face is a mess because he was eating something but I can't remember what.
Conan loved the spray area at the park. He would sit on the sprayers until they went off and let it splash up in his face.
Conan and Mak had their first gymnastics class last week. Conan really surprised Chris and I with his flipping ability. Made us laugh.

Happy Father's Day.
I have so much to say about Chris as a father that it would take way to long. He is so much more than I ever imagined. Our kids are so lucky to have him in their lives and I have honored that he is their father. I hope one day they understand what an incredible man he is. I certainly could not ask for anything more. He pretty much rocks, I mean the man dyed my hair for me today, took care of everything last week when I was sick and still found the time to play with our kids. Love you sweetheart. Enjoy that kicking game chair, like I even needed to say that!
Birthday Time
My girl A turned 27 last week while we were on vacation so the celebration happened a tad late. Better late than never? Right. Well anyway, Her favorite desert is rice crispie treats, so we made her a custom cake....you be the judge. Her very first rice crispie pink princess cake. Say that 5 times fast! We love you A and we are so very glad that we have you in our life. Happy (belated) Birthday BFF.

Florida! PART 1
I am posting our trip in 3 parts....way too many to do at one time. These are not in order, but here is the first set "at the beach"
Here we are at Sanibel Island. BEAUTIFUL, Seashell capital of the world actually. Conan and Chris loved playing in the sand and as you can see from the first picture, I liked to watch basking in the sun! Kendie and Taylor spent hours floating in the water on boogie boards. Joseph hopped back and forth between all of us. (Secretly, I think my Mom likes the ocean more than any of us :) It was just what I needed. The sun was awesome the weather was great and the company just peachy. We had a blast and I am missing it as I post these pictures.
More to come later.
